Initial Consultation

These confidential one-hour meetings help you come to terms with your situation and to process what might be ahead for you. They give you information about your situation and an informed appraisal of the potential outcomes for you and your family. They allow you to discuss how you can best cope your situation, and how you can take as much control and responsibility as you can for how your future turns out.

To book a consultation or for an informal chat about your situation, please call 0800 043 5987 or email info@saferlives.com

Safer Lives Programme

This cornerstone five session one-to-one programme involves support in:

  • Understanding the influence of childhood and your transition to adulthood on your personal development.

  • Understanding the impact of adult stresses on your behaviours and coping systems.

  • Explaining the behaviour – understanding your motivations and how you allowed the behaviours to happen.

  • Understanding the criminal justice system and its implications for you

  • Relapse prevention and rehabilitation for the future.

The programme comes with a structured workbook to complement the sessions and a relapse prevention plan that provide evidence of learning, as well as a standard completion letter.
