Post-Charge Consultation

As the name suggests, Post-Charge Consultations are for people who have already been charged after a police investigation.

 

During the session you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the Pre-Sentence Report (PSR) process and what you can expect going forward, as well as any other questions you may have.

We will also assess whether it is feasible for you to complete the Safer Lives Programme or Transitions Programme, and provide details of other support organisations.

A one-hour Post-Charge Consultation costs £170.
